Sunday hours from March to September is 9am till 3pm, but during winter it's 9am till noon. The NY strip from this butcher shop on the grill was extremely delicious. Just a bit of salt and pepper, 8 minutes on the grill and it turned a $15 steak from a butcher shop to a $50 steak in a restaurant. We purchased 7 (massive) steaks from this place for just a bit over $100. Excellent experience.

We love the dry sack salami from here and get some every time we are in the area. The New York steaks looked amazing but we were going to be on the road and could not take them with us. Will have to return for those.
